When you submit an enquiry, request a venue shortlist, or list a venue with us, we may collect your name, organisation, phone number, email address, and details relevant to your enquiry (such as location, capacity requirements, or venue details).

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, match RTOs with suitable venue hosts, prepare space-sharing agreements and documentation, and keep you informed about our services. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Disclosure to third parties

To facilitate a venue match or booking, we need to share relevant details with the other party to that match: for example, an RTO's requirements with a prospective venue host, or a venue host's property details with a prospective RTO client. We also share information with service providers who support our operations (such as our CRM, accounting and communications platforms), under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it beyond what is reasonably required to deliver our services.
