These venues are exclusive, matched to your operational requirements, and available under 12–24 month agreements, giving new and expanding RTOs the space they need without the burden of a commercial lease.

After your initial enquiry, we:

1. Review your requirements and provide a shortlist of available venues.
2. Answer your questions and guide you through facility and capacity details.
3. Co-ordinate any viewings of shortlisted venues.
4. Prepare all documents and agreements once you've chosen your venue.
5. Deliver your full property documentation pack (agreement, marked floor plan, 9B certificate) so you have what you need for your own ASQA assessment.

You can secure your 9B compliant training space under a secure, long-term 12 to 24 month agreement, with the option to extend.

No. There's no cost or obligation to submit an enquiry and receive a venue shortlist. We'll walk you through all commercial terms clearly before you commit to anything.

Class 9B is an Australian building classification for assembly buildings used for education. RTOs must demonstrate that their training venues hold 9B certification to satisfy ASQA requirements for registration, new locations, and audit rectifications. Without it, an RTO cannot legally deliver training from that location, which is why every venue in our network is 9B-certified.

Yes. We have venues suitable for CRICOS providers delivering to international students, which typically require additional facilities such as a dedicated reception area, quiet study spaces and computer labs. Let us know your CRICOS requirements and we'll shortlist accordingly.

Every venue we present has already been checked for 9B certification, capacity and timetable feasibility, and comes with a full documentation pack to support your ASQA or CRICOS assessment. We advocate for you, the RTO, not the venue host.
